Visby has been easy to use and genuinely helpful so far. I like being able to see where my brand shows up across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and the prioritized GEO tasks make it clear what to work on next. It feels like a smart, practical tool for staying ahead as AI search becomes more important.

Five stars, with one honest caveat: it's early days for us, so read this as a strong first impression rather than a verdict from months of heavy use.

We've been putting Visby through its paces and so far it's done exactly what it promises. Instead of guessing whether ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini mention us, we can see it: where we show up, where competitors do and we don't, and what to do about it. The GEO tasks are the standout. Most tools hand you a dashboard and leave you to work out what it means; Visby turns the data into a prioritised to-do list, which is far more useful when you're trying to act on it quickly.

We're about to start trialling it across some client sites and comparing the results properly against our existing toolset, so I'll know more soon. The early signs are very promising.
One other reason it's caught our attention: now that Semrush has been folded into Adobe, having a capable, independent option in this space matters more than ever. Competition keeps everyone sharp, and Visby looks well placed to be one of those options.

Early, but very encouraging. Worth a look if AI search visibility is something you're thinking about.

It's been interesting to analyse how many times my brand was cited vs other companies.

So far I've really liked it. I'm a small business and very niche, so I'm not sure how useful Visby will be, but I know AI results will still probably affect my business so I'm happy to be learning and getting on top of this. I would love some more videos showing how to use it, for those of us who are not tech-saavy (for example, how to use citations).

This was one of those deals that you hear about later and get mad that you missed the opportunity to pick it up. Not meeee. Picked up Tier 3 and am quite happy with it so far. AI is new and all the rage so it's cool to be able to see mentions and track things I otherwise wouldn't have been able to.

The interface is clean, modern and easy to use. I love the actions/suggestions. I feel like I'm going to be "future ready" (so cliché) by having this in my toolbox. Can't wait to see where I'll be in 5 years from now in the land of AI.

I don't even have anything I can mention as a dislike. Maybe I'll have some regret later on from not picking up a higher tier? I kind of have FOMO already lol
