Unnecessarily complicated UI, low tiers are not that good
This toll might be one of the harder ones to use. UI is complicated, reports are serviceable, but the main problem is lower tiers are expensive for what they give, really. I also would like to get markdown reports exports, instead of heavily structured pdf.

Most of our users find the UI intuitive (we actually lead the AEO tools category on G2 for Easiest to Use) - so we'd genuinely love to hear which specific screens or flows felt unclear to you. If you can share details at [email protected], we'll take a close look.
On pricing: GEO/AEO tools come with high infrastructure costs, and if you compare our AppSumo tiers to what competitors charge monthly, the value gap becomes pretty clear - even at Tier 1.
