Five stars, with one honest caveat: it's early days for us, so read this as a strong first impression rather than a verdict from months of heavy use.

We've been putting Visby through its paces and so far it's done exactly what it promises. Instead of guessing whether ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini mention us, we can see it: where we show up, where competitors do and we don't, and what to do about it. The GEO tasks are the standout. Most tools hand you a dashboard and leave you to work out what it means; Visby turns the data into a prioritised to-do list, which is far more useful when you're trying to act on it quickly.

We're about to start trialling it across some client sites and comparing the results properly against our existing toolset, so I'll know more soon. The early signs are very promising.
One other reason it's caught our attention: now that Semrush has been folded into Adobe, having a capable, independent option in this space matters more than ever. Competition keeps everyone sharp, and Visby looks well placed to be one of those options.
