I tried inserting the url of an image for delivering image text creation. But, as I tried everytime, I received this message: "Image Analysis Failed." What went wront? If your site working. It did work for me in the past. Not now. Why?
A: This is impossible to debug unless you provide the URL you are trying to scan. Feel free to contact us directly and we would be happy to help you debug this.
It's been a while since I've signed up and purchased the software but I am yet to see any substantial update. Especially drag and drop, WP plugin and batch processing. Could you please let us know the roadmap for any update?
Currently we are putting the final touches on our Shopify integration, which has taken a majority of our free time. So that will be our next big deliverable. =)
Thanks, 1) I'd suggest to place a link of this on the dashboard post-login. 2) I am trying to "submit" a concern using the contact form, but nothing's happening. Have you received anything?
Hello? I am still awaiting a reply. Your contact form is clearly not working :-(
Q: Is there a way to have Visionati read an image, extract just the text from the image (example: a quote or a ...
meme that has text), and save it to a .csv file? Use case example: I have 1000 pictures where I want just the text extracted and put into a csv file. Can I do that?
A: The API allows for batch calls, and can extract the text from many images at one, then return you the output as JSON. We do not currently offer CSV, but it should be pretty easy to convert the JSON output to CSV with the right developer.
The graphical interface only supports a single upload at a time for now, with batch support in development.
We are also working on storing all scans in local...
Haven't received any updates regarding the Visionati and I'm curious to know if there are any plans to create a community where members can share their projects, tips, tricks, and use cases of Visionati. Furthermore, I am eager to receive an update on the roadmap that was mentioned during a previous inquiry on May 16th. At that time, it was anticipated that the roadmap would be available that week. However, as there is currently no information displayed on the website, could you kindly provide me with an update on the status of the roadmap?
Could I have access to the roadmap as well please? Was curious to see how it's developing over time as I am keen to see a drag and drop feature because selecting each and ever file and then generating one single output makes 10,000 credits overkill even across a span of a month.

Jul 9, 2024A: We do plan on creating a community area for people to share tips and tricks. However we don't have an exact ETA yet.
As for a roadmap we haven't completed the public facing version yet. Since we launched on AppSumo we have added a number of new features.
- Updated Gemini to 1.5
- Updated Claude to 3.5
- Added the ability to select the AI engines used for the analyze app on the user profile...
