Video features are still in beta, but do work well for a number of our users. =)
Our customers upload documents like payslips and ID cards to apply for a loan. I am looking for a tool to extract text from those documents and fill the forms automatically. Does this app have the capability of extracting exact data from a file? Does the file need to be uploaded manually, or can it be done automatically by an API or anything similar?

A: It can extract text from graphic files like png, jpg, and webp. There is a batch API available to integrate against.
Q: is possible to train the IA to understand more some specific problem on images
for example, identify a damage on a package to reject it, or give a reparation cost using the photo (obviosly i will give him certain criterias or algorithm).

A: You wouldn't need to train it, just provide a custom prompt with the exact question/concern you have any any details that would be required for the AI to process that request correctly.
The context window for the different engines is quite large, which allows you to provide a lot of context!

This looks promising. How are credits allotted? I.e. how many credits are used for each function?

May 20, 2025A: The number of credits is adjusted based on costs from the upstream services. Right now it is 1 credit per description, per service.
Tags and other features are substantially cheaper, at about .1 credits per feature, we then round up for the total number of credits used.
