I have a Tier 3 account. I asked a question through the contact page on website two weeks ago and haven't responded. Do you provide support for your product? When I try to leave a review here, the "Write review" button appears disabled.
I have just purchased a 9-code plan. I am trying to set up funnels, but there are are several paths a visitor can take through our funnel. For example, if they don't have children, they would never see the page that asks them to specify the names of their children. Is there some way to make any of the funnel steps/pages optional?

A: Not yet, but we do want to do an overhaul of our funnel tracking soon to make it a lot more flexible for all sorts of cases like this.
A: Yes, it does work with Shopify! That said, I want to be upfront about a couple things.
Shopify's checkout doesn't allow third-party scripts, so checkout tracking isn't great on Shopify. Setup takes a bit more effort compared to a Shopify-specific tracking solution, and it may not feel as plug-and-play.
The bigger thing to know is that our tool isn't really built for tracking ecommerce revenue...
