Q: Changes Terms of Plan

Despite purchasing a Tier 4 plan, Vista Social has now removed support for X profiles. They initially started charging me $10/mo for each X profile, which I reluctantly obliged because I was happy with the platform.

Now, with no notice, they've tripled that to $29/mo/profile, citing "X Enterprise costs."

How is it my fault that their platform scaled enough to be impacted by X API costs? Why have they not allowed us to bring our own key?

More importantly: isn't it fundamentally against the TOS of APPSUMO to change the offering?
