VitePOS made the integration of an online store and a physical store seamless. The user-interface at the backend is simple to use without having a steep learning curve. A few clicks enabled me to set up a store. The amount of features on this tool replaces a few other WooCommerce plugins, so this is a huge plus. In addition, they have proper documentation and YouTube tutorials that showcase how to use their tool. I currently do not have a need to address with the support team, so I cannot comment on that. This is a mature product.

I was worried about how we would manage inventory tracking in the event of an Internet outage at the store. VitePOS is able to process any in-store sales once the Internet connection is re-established.

I can easily use the thermal printer, and the interface helps me track sales effortlessly.

The only negative that I can attribute to VitePOS is the lack of a white label. Using this as an agency runs the risk of having the client use the tool without renewing my contract. The logo is not that large, but it is noticeable. I hope they offer a way to purchase a white label eventually.
