Thanks for your question. You can create 6 types of items (that's how we call tasks in VivifyScrum): story, task, bug, improvement, note, and idea. To each item, you can add a description (text and images), checklists, upload files (from a computer, GDrive, Dropbox), add comments, commits, add assignees, reviewers, different labels, estimation, log your hours, add a Due date.
We still haven't considered adding the ability to share public links to VivifyScrum boards. That is why we don't count users with the read-only permission toward someone's total count of users on the account.
Upgrade options still need to be updated in the app (making it possible to add more users with one-time payment).
VivifyScrum doesn't provide public links to users' boards nor options to embed boards elsewhere. Boards in VivifyScrum are only visible to the users (people who have created an account).

ps. Users with read-only permission do not count toward your total count of users.
Thank you so much for the questions & feedback that we’ve received so far 🙌 VivifyScrum offer ends very soon and we’d like to share an update before it’s too late. ⌛️
🔊 We’ve added the most wanted feature by Sumo-lings ---> Custom branding 🔊
🌟 Sumo-lings who buy the deal are now able to add their own subdomain and upload a logo that will replace the VivifyScrum logo in the app.
Please keep in mind that this is just a start and that this feature still needs to be improved.
The good news is that we've already added the possibility to add a custom subdomain and to upload the desired logo that will replace the VivifyScrum logo in the app. This feature is still in beta, and we are aware that it requires some improvements but we had to start somewhere :)
Q: This look useful, however I didn't see details on the format of the Tasks (cards) - how much detail can be included and in what format.
I checked your site and still didn't find an answer. - Thanks

Q: I see that the deal is ending, please add the upgrade options to the terms.
Is public links on your roadmap?

Q: Is there a way to Embed a board on a page in WordPress, or Website, etc?
Or is there another way to share on a website that you have?
