Hello, please answer a few questions:

Besides the host, can I have a co-host who will assist the host in managing the meeting/webinar? How do I do this, since all codes are for a single host? Will I need to purchase codes for each team member? Can I have one host on plan 7 and the rest of the team on plan 1? How does this work?

What does "Event registration is not included"/"Event registration is now included" mean? Please explain better, does this mean ticket sales? Does this mean that the participant will not be able to schedule the day/time of the meeting?

Is it only possible to record the meeting/webinar from plan 5 onwards? If I can't record a meeting on plan 1, how does this differ from the free Google Meet?

A: You can add as many co-hosts as you like, but each co-host must have their own license. The main host can be on Plan 7, while the other hosts can be on any plan you choose. However, when they schedule their own meetings, they will have access only to the features included in their individual plans.

If you schedule the meeting and assign them as co-hosts, they can manage the meeting and have the same privileges as the host during that session.

When you schedule a webinar and require attendees to register in advance, this feature is called event registration and is available only on Plan 7.
