Q: Why am I maxed out at 720 Resolution for Meetings?
I am on tier 5 and using the windows app under audio & video setting there is a dropdown to choose your camera and the resolution. I am using Elgato Facecam which is 1080.

Jan 28, 2025A: In the welcome email we sent to everyone, we explained how to change the resolution to 1080p. The default camera resolution is set to 720p.
