For the speech recognition accuracy, could you also check whether Auto-Detect is currently enabled? If it is, please try selecting a specific language instead and see if the transcription accuracy improves.

Regarding the slow transcription, this can sometimes be affected by your internet connection, so please make sure you have a stable and strong connection while using VoiceDash. Processing can also take longer when the audio is particularly long or large, as there is more content to process.
