Sensational piece of Voice software
I was not expecting much, but this is a stunning piece of software. As a Scot, who tends to speak extremely quickly when I'm in the flow, I was shocked about how accurately VoiceDash transcribes. Not only that, but the the punctuation and grammar is almost universally on point.
My main use case at the moment is voice input for Claude for prompting, but I tried out writing emails this way via dictation as well and it was excellent at that too.
The fact all of this was accomplished using Tier 1, and that the snippets worked fantastically well for things like expanding emails, addresses and meeting links is a massive bonus.
Just one thing to mention - the Voice Bar is great, but I notice it sometimes just disappears when docking and undocking my laptop, and I need to restart VoiceDash to get it back. I would also love to be able to move Voice Bar and configure it in terms of looks and location, maybe even pin it to the Taskbar?
Overall, 5 Tacos easily and I'm never going back to built-in dictation for LLMs!
