Q: More control over voice-over regeneration, tone and timing?

I’m testing Voicina and really like it so far, but I’m missing more control over voice-over editing.

If I generate a language version, e.g. German, I don’t see an option to delete/reset it and generate it again from scratch. Is this planned?

Individual phrases can be regenerated, but can we get options to choose the tone, generate 2–3 alternatives and pick the best one? Sometimes a sentence...

A: Thank you for the detailed feedback, Urgul. Here is where each point stands:

Deleting/resetting a language version and generating it again from scratch: we don’t have this yet.
Choosing the tone and generating 2–3 alternatives of a phrase: we don’t have this yet either.
Unnaturally fast phrases: the dubbing has to fit the timing of the original speech, so some sentences get sped up. We’ve...

Q: Why no response to emails?

I have sent two emails since last week to email address starting with "team" (not allowed to show full address), and have not received a reply. It also seems that your email address starting with "hello" is not working for receiving emails, even though it is being displayed for outgoing communication.

A: Hi SumoPro, you’re right, and we’re sorry. We missed your emails, and the address starting with “hello” is currently not receiving emails because of a technical issue that we’re fixing now.

I’ve just replied to you directly. For faster answers, you can also reach us through the chat on our website or here in the Questions section. Thank you for letting us know.

Q: Can it transcribe videos live front of myself at the meeting or at a cafe?

If I have a Zoom meeting, can I use live transcription? Or can I save the audio and transcribe it later?

A: Hi! Yes, you can record your meeting (audio or video) and upload it to Voicina to transcribe it afterwards. Voicina also has live sessions with real-time captions. How well they fit a Zoom meeting or a cafe depends on how the audio reaches Voicina (for example, your microphone or the meeting audio), so we recommend testing it with a short session first. Tell us your setup and we’ll be happy to...

Q: Lip-Sync credits and voice dubbing

When selecting the lip-sync option, it appears to be prompting me twice for the credits (once in the upload stage and again after that). This appears to be a bug.

Also, for dubbing, why can't the platform use the voice of the person speaking in the video rather than asking for a separate sample or asking me to select one of the AI voices?

A: Thanks for the feedback.

Lip sync credits: the first screen (upload) only shows the lip sync rate (150 credits per minute), and no credits are charged there. Credits are charged once, on the video page after you choose the voice. We agree this is confusing, and we’re looking into simplifying it.
Dubbing voice: right now, voice cloning needs a separate, clean voice sample, because the audio...

Q: Is it possible to burn the subtitles into an audio and have it generate a video?

So, is it possible to burn the subtitles into the videos and into the audios, or just into the videos? For example, for an audio that I upload, is it possible to burn the subtitles into the audio and it generates kind of video with the subtitles burned into?

A: Hi there! Thanks for your question!

Yes, this is possible with Voicina! You can upload an audio file in the Subtitles section, just as you would upload a video.

Since there's no video attached to the audio, Voicina will show a black frame by default. You can also add your own image to use as the visual background.

When you export the project using Burned-in subtitles (MP4), Voicina combines...
