Customers appreciate Voicina, praising its seamless localization workflow, outstanding voice quality, and excellent support for multiple languages, including 125+ languages. There are a couple of minor drawbacks, such as higher credit usage for dubbing and the fact that lip sync currently only works on videos dubbed with Voicina’s voiceover. However, the overall feedback is overwhelmingly positive, making Voicina a solid buy for anyone looking to enhance their video content. With a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's worth giving it a try!

Very responsive to feedback

I bought Voicina on AppSumo and recently shared some detailed feedback and bug reports with the team regarding the credit system, player controls, and dubbing features.

To my surprise, Mojtaba, the co-founder, responded to me and followed up on every single point! You just don't see many founders take such a hands-on approach and genuinely listen to their early adopters with such enthusiasm.

Here is why I feel this tool and team deserve 5 stars based on my experience so far:

• Lightning-Fast Bug Fixes: They immediately streamlined the credit system at the upload step and fixed the player's mute/volume controls while playing in the editor.

• Amazing New Features: They rolled out fantastic new additions, including the brand new lip-sync capabilities and a brilliant "Use the speakers' voices" option for dubbing videos longer than 30 seconds.

• Total Transparency: Regarding the lip-sync quality and minor artifacts, Mojtaba was completely honest about the trade-offs between cost and quality. Instead of making empty promises, he explained why they chose the current balance to keep the tool affordable for users like us while promising to keep an eye on better tech as prices drop.

Software comes and goes on AppSumo, but founders who care like this make all the difference. Voicina is a solid buy, and knowing the team is this responsive gives me immense confidence in their roadmap.

Excellent app with great potential 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

I’ve been using Voicina for the past 10 days and tried adding subtitles and voice-overs to 9 videos. The quality is truly impressive. It captures not only the words, but also the emotions and natural changes in tone.

I translated and voiced several English videos in Mongolian. Mongolian is a low-resource language, so apps like this are quite rare. Voicina can produce Mongolian translations at a very good level for business training, presentations, and everyday use, which is very impressive. Voice cloning worked well and produced impressive results.

I also tried translating and creating voice-overs in English, Russian, and Japanese. Overall, I think it is 5/5 app.

I have a few suggestions for the creators. It would be helpful to add a feature that can read subtitles through MCP, improve them, and write them back. It would also be great to export subtitles, edit them, and import them again.

Thank you for creating such a useful app. I hope this project continues to grow and develop sustainably. Since there was no option to give 6 tacos, I gave it 5 tacos :)

Thank you so much for this detailed review and for the kind words, we really appreciate it! We’re glad the Mongolian translations, the voices and voice cloning are working well for you. Your suggestions are very helpful: importing subtitle files is something we’re working on, and reading and editing subtitles through MCP is something we’ll look into. Thanks again for your support!

Its amazing and works perfectly with AI integration

Amazing so far. I am still testing it more and more with different languages but Spanish was spot on. I think its definitely worth a test drive. What sold me was its integration with Muse AI right away. So easy to connect and have it add Spanish to educational videos i'm making for kids. Its great.

Studio-quality voices, real Arabic, and an API that just works: one of my best AppSumo buys

I bought Voicina for one project and now I use it across almost everything I build.
Voice quality is outstanding. The voices sound natural, not robotic, and the audio tags like [laughs] and [excited] are actually performed, not read out loud. I’ve made full YouTube ads and multi-voice podcast episodes for my online bookstore with it, and the results sound like a real studio recording.

Arabic support is excellent. Finding good Saudi and Gulf Arabic voices is usually hard. Voicina has natural Arabic voices (Fahad is my favorite), and the pronunciation is clean. For an Arabic speaker, this alone makes it worth it.

The API is a big plus. I connected Voicina to my own WhatsApp assistant for voice replies and transcription of voice notes. The API is simple and reliable, and having an MCP option shows the team is building for the future.

More than text-to-speech. Transcription, subtitles, translation and voiceover all live in one dashboard. It replaced several separate tools for me.

What I’d love next: real lip sync for the dubbing feature. The team already said they’re considering it, and with this voice quality it would make Voicina a complete video-dubbing studio.

For a lifetime deal, the value is huge. Highly recommended for creators, developers and anyone working in Arabic. 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

Hi Ibrahim,

Thank you so much for this detailed and generous review, we really appreciate it! We’re so glad the voice quality, the Arabic voices and the API are working well for you.

On lip sync: since many of you have asked for it, we’re seriously considering it and looking at how we can add a high-quality tool. Our main concern is cost. Lip sync is very expensive to run and would use a lot of...

A complete localization workflow for multi-speaker videos

Disclaimer: I'm a paid product tester for AppSumo and received this tool for free to provide a detailed review. My opinions are entirely my own, and my compensation is not tied to the rating or taco score I give.

What I like about Voicina is that I can take one video through the whole localization process without moving it between several different tools.

I uploaded a video and got a full transcript with speaker labels and timestamps. From there I generated subtitles, translated them into Spanish and Arabic, and Arabic was displayed correctly from right to left. I then created a French dub with a different voice for each speaker.

That multi-speaker workflow is especially useful for interviews, podcasts and other videos where more than one person is talking. Localization is not just about translating the words. You also need to keep the speakers separate and make the dubbed version easy to follow. Voicina handled that within the same project.

The editing tools worked well too. I could correct terms with find and replace, generate a summary, and export the results as SRT, TXT and JSON. I also exported a video with the subtitles burned in, and that worked as expected.

When I first tested Voicina, there was no developer access. The team has since added an API and webhooks, which makes it more useful if you want to automate transcription or localization workflows instead of uploading everything manually.

One thing to watch is credit usage. Transcription and subtitles use relatively few credits, but dubbing and voice generation consume considerably more, especially if you're translating long videos into several languages. I would choose a tier based on how many minutes you actually expect to dub each month rather than just the amount of video you plan to transcribe.

Also, the dubbing does not alter the speaker's mouth movements to match the translated language. It keeps the original video and adjusts the dubbed speech to fit the timing instead.

Overall, Voicina solves a bigger problem for me than simply generating subtitles. I can take one video, transcribe it, translate it, create subtitles and produce a multi-speaker dub without rebuilding the project in several different applications. For anyone regularly publishing the same content in multiple languages, that is the main reason I would get it.

Hi Abe,

Thank you for such a thorough and honest review. It means a lot to have Voicina’s first review on AppSumo come from someone who tested the full workflow so carefully.

You described exactly what we set out to build: one place to take a video from transcript to subtitles to a multi-speaker dub, without jumping between tools. It’s great to hear that speaker separation and right-to-left...
