Just created a quick site to show a client. When we pulled it up on both of our phones (Safari and Chrome), it says "the connection is not private" - something to do with your SSL certificated.
It won't let me post a screenshot here for you guys to see but are you aware of this?

This is my second month and I have paid although my account was down graded. I emailed you a payment confirmation. Is this something that typically happens?
