*** TEAM MANAGEMENT ***
Our current team functionality allows you to give access to your account to other team members. This gives them full capabilities within your account so they can create widgets, reply to messages and send video emails from your account. A great use of this is an overall brand account with multiple people responding to Bubble Replies, etc. or giving access to a personal assistant. We plan to add things like team accounts and super admins to give more control.

*** VIDEO BUBBLE INSTALLATION ***
One of several powerful features of Warm Welcome is our Video Bubble that you can put on your website to engage with your customers. It's very easy to create and simple to implement BUT there is one mistake that some will make when trying to install it... pasting the code into the wrong place!
The RIGHT place to copy & paste your Bubble's code is the HEAD tag.
It's odd and we wish they named it something different, but your site will also have a HEADER section. This is not the same thing and will not result in a functioning Video Bubble in many cases.

*** SEND EMAILS FROM YOUR OWN DOMAIN ***
You can do this in two ways:
1. The down and dirty way is to use the "Get Link" or even "Get Code" and simply Copy/Paste the video or widget right into any email program.
2. DKIM - This is an advanced way of verifying your email address so that when you send Video Emails through Warm Welcome they show up from your domain. It requires some DNS changes on your end, which is a technical job. If you can handle this then we currently have this advanced feature available for you but it is a DIY solution as we cannot support you or dive into your DNS settings ourselves. If you're not comfortable doing that level of change then I'd suggest hiring someone to do that.

*** BRANDING CONTROLS ***
You can add your own branding (logo, colors, etc) to the Warm Welcome experience, and turn any of our branding off so all your customers see is you. With DKIM (above) you can have all emails send from your domain as well! And last but not least, you can embed any widget in your own websites to have it all on your own platform.
In future releases, we'll add features like CNAME functionality to even allow the quick access links to be on your own domain.
Note on whitelabeling - Everyone's definition of "whitelabel" is a bit different, but if you're looking for a fully whitelabeled solution that will hide Warm Welcome completely, not just to recipients and visitors, but also to users, we do not currently have that functionality.
