Q: Upgrading codes

HI, I bought 2 codes back in 2021, been amazing, thank you! However I went to add code following instructions in my account. Profile>Appsumo - however there is no option to redeem a code.

Please fix this or inform of best way to redeem and stack.

Q: User access?

Will users have their own dashboard or have access to other user's video bubbles, video cards etc? If so what parameters have been added to prevent one user from deleting the creatives of another user without permission?

Q: Scheduling Live Video Chat.

If I send a video out to contacts, do they have the ability to schedule a future live video chat with me? Or do I need outside scheduling software? And in a live video chat, is it just my camera or can I share my screen as well?

A: Great questions! We have a calendly integration as well as the ability to embed whatever you'd like in terms of scheduling.

For live video chat you can share your video and your screen.

Q: Where are hosted the videos?

Hey,

I'm considering WW for one of my customer. We are both based in France, and I found some videos on your website being a bit slow on my end (in comparison with what I am usually used to for videos). Are the videos all hosted in the USA, are you using a CDN to deliver it quicker elsewhere? Or is there maybe a way to decide in which Datacenter/zone your videos are hosted?

A: Thank you. We are using AWS and we use their CDN functionality. Our website is different from the application so that may be why you're seeing some slowness there but if you experience something slow in the app just let me know.

Q: Stacking codes

Hello, I purchased 2 codes in 2021, so I have a lifetime deal with 2 codes.
Would it be possible to add another code to get the lifetime deal 3?
Basically, if I just buy one code, will I automatically upgrade from tier 2 to tier 3 in my account?
Or can I not stack them?

A: You're correct. The codes should continue to stack from the original promotion and if something is acting wonky for you just let me know and we'll get it resolved. The first day of these promotions is always a bit crazy but we're here for you.
