Q: Is it possible to add Custom HTML to interactive videos.
I am intrested in the interactive part of the videos, But i need to be able to make my own HTML so i can embed my own elements and forms on top of the video. the three option wont work for what i need. I have another video hosting tool that allows me to code my own HTML elements in the video to make it interactive, but its a little unreliable.

A: Adding your own custom HTML to a video player would be cool and I can also understand why the other tool you're using to do that is a bit unreliable because that's adding a lot of complexity. Fun idea but we don't plan to offer that.
Are interactive videos (like videoask) as a welcome bubble on a website also on the menu?

A: Good news! We added that for you. It's in the advanced settings and if you add interactive buttons just turn off the reply options and the interactive buttons will show up.
Hi Davidjay, I purchased Tier-3 yesterday. Loving the simplicity of the add. It works pretty smoothly. Facing one issue. I added gmail id in my profile. So email with video is going from my gmail to my students.
But somehow this email always land up in spam/junk. If I manual send email from gmail, it goes to inbox, but if I shoot email from warm welcome, it lands up in spam. FYI, I am just...

A: We use Postmark for email sending and less than .1% are marked as spam so this is likely something to do with the receivers inbox or their unique spam settings. Please send me a video email and I can look into it. David@warmwelcome.com
Hi, I am interested, but concerned about the quality of the video. I will be recording from my phone, and your FAQ says to reduce the quality. This is concerning as 30 FPS is very low compared to what my iPhone 17 Pro is capable of. Quality does make a difference with the first impression.

A: You can upload any quality you’d like. Keep in mind at the highest settings an iPhone can record video that is about 1 gig per minute! Good luck uploading that and sharing it with anyone. 30 FPS is plenty.

Thank you. I'm not a techy person, so 30 FPS seemed low compared to my phone. This makes sense.
