Q: Any status about GDPR ?
Hello,
I'd need to know, please, if GDPR compliance is implemented or not, for EU users and EU visitors ?
Many thanks !

Dec 27, 2025A: We haven’t had any issues with GDPR but the EU continues to do crazy things that make doing business there more difficult and many US companies aren’t interested in playing along with their madness.
Thankfully we have a great president and Trump recently placed visa bans on five Europeans, including former EU Commissioner Thierry Breton and anti-disinformation campaigners, accusing them of coercing American tech platforms to censor U.S. viewpoints and violating a new U.S. law against "foreign nationals who censor Americans". The EU and its members, like France, strongly condemned the move as "coercion and intimidation" targeting European digital sovereignty and regulations such as the Digital Services Act (DSA).

a simple update was requested : Before the "Send" button there needs to be a box for the visitor to check, accepting the terms and conditions and privacy policy
-- Yes we'll need to add this. Jan 27, 2021
said they would add it jan 21 but still not added !
so early adopters might rightly be peeved about updates lacking and they get called product pirates !!
This feature request was considered but the scope creep was significant and considering only one person requested the feature we decided against it and built our bulk email campaigns which helps thousands of people.
So.. Is there a status for GDPR, or still in the backlog ? Thank you !

More than 1 showed interest in gdpr. Also being as it is a directorate from the EU it is implied that any user of WW requests it be implemented. A simple check box and text field would have been a start. You do not want to comply, simple
Hmmm... For me, the crazy thing is to take personal data and use them without any consideration if the owner of these data want or do not want to share them and to make them publicly available. I don't have any political judglent, but your point of view about GDPR is a bit shocking.
Make personal data great again.
Of course. We are not in control of what you do with your customers data. You are responsible for that.
The question was : How do your company and app manage personal data, where data are stored and protected, if there's a DPA, and so on. But I've understood you would not answer and you confirm your product is not GDPR compliant. That's the response to the question I was asking.
Thank you.
