May 15, 2024A: I think there is some confusion about the link to the Startup Plan. We will be adding new features and functionality to the Startup Plan that goes far beyond Business Cards, Email Signatures and Branding controls but we'll work with AppSumo to clarify this and see if there's a way for Sumo-lings to get access to all updates on our Startup and our Professional Plan.

If I buy this can I use it for my personal lap top to communicate with my friends with my social email address and then use it at the company I work for to communicate with customers etc. using my work email address?

You *could* use it in both environments but it might create some problems with a mixed contact list and video library. I'd suggest keeping things clean and separate.

Double Stacked code = unlimited videos on unlimited websites? As an agency, I can make different videos for as many clients' websites as i wish, or is it for only one website/client?

I like the idea of the product, but the execution and support leave less to be desired. The widgets worked ONCE on the Opera browser, but don't work at all on Chrome. I've sent repeated requests for guidance both directly to the Warm Welcome folks and to AppSumo. Just crickets. I really want the product to work and justify my buying two credits.

Good Morning,
I have tried to get a hold of your support team twice now and have had no response. I have purchased your product and looking to see if it can be used in a specific use case. Unfortunately it does not matter how good a product you have if your frontline team or help desk does not support your end-users you are dead in the water.
I would have a hard time at the moment recommending anyone purchasing Warm Welcome at this time do to the lack of support.
