is it possible to have it connect to other messenger bots or even just to email?

It seems like a real pain to start trying to port clients over to a whole new (additional) system.

The same question goes for the video emails. Is warm welcome an app I can use to simply make and embed videos in an email, similar to sendspark?

I like the apps and widgets, but the addition of an additional messaging system is a real turn off, just another channel for things to get overlooked by staff, clients and myself.
