Are interactive videos (like videoask) as a welcome bubble on a website also on the menu?

A: Good news! We added that for you. It's in the advanced settings and if you add interactive buttons just turn off the reply options and the interactive buttons will show up.

Hello, I have purchased TIER 5 and have the following questions: 1. Can I use my own domain? This is important because we are not allowed to advertise software manufacturers other than TV stations. 2. Can the language be changed? Currently, only English is available. The software is great. Unfortunately, however, if you cannot set your own domain or select a different language, the software is not interesting for brands, nor can I use it in Europe. Language selection must be possible; that's no problem today with AI tools.
Hi Davidjay, I purchased Tier-3 yesterday. Loving the simplicity of the add. It works pretty smoothly. Facing one issue. I added gmail id in my profile. So email with video is going from my gmail to my students. But somehow this email always land up in spam/junk. If I manual send email from gmail, it goes to inbox, but if I shoot email from warm welcome, it lands up in spam. FYI, I am just adding test video and no other content in email and sending it to one person only(not bulk email really). Kindly let me know if I am missing something or some workaround is there to avoid this spam kind of situation.
Hi, I am interested, but concerned about the quality of the video. I will be recording from my phone, and your FAQ says to reduce the quality. This is concerning as 30 FPS is very low compared to what my iPhone 17 Pro is capable of. Quality does make a difference with the first impression.
