Be Careful What You Say...
In the subject line. Because you can't change it, and every subsequent message will say the same thing. This applies to sending direct messages straight from Warm Welcome.
Warm Welcome offers a lot of great features and it's a fun idea, but the execution is lacking. Notably, the audio/video sync is off, even on uploaded videos (vs ones recorded in the browser). The quality of both the videos and GIFs are grainy.
The signature is a neat idea, but if you use Outlook, it doesn't translate as good looking, and it's not entirely obviously that it's a video to click at first glance. Most people I asked didn't even realize it was a feature.
The talk bubble for the website was the thing that I was most interested in, but at this time you can't adjust where it lands, and it lands where any other chatbot or in my case, my scheduler bot, ends up. Though it looks cool, the only option for the video is to let people reply to you via video, audio, or text, and they must answer their name and email to send it. It would be much better if it could include a call to action (and conditional logic would have been ideal).
Feedback from my clients was that it was cool at first, but cumbersome to send responses, and because all their responses went to the Warm Welcome dashboard, it gets hard for me to keep track of conversations if they are across multiple platforms and inboxes.
Even with the double stack, I'm not quite sure how the team function is designed to work. You all get access to the same inbox, from one email address? Full disclosure, I didn't end up testing this feature, because I had configured it to come from my email address and I didn't want other people sending from it. I would have set up a designated team email to be used for Warm Welcome if that had been my only complaint, but there were enough other issues that it didn't feel worth it.
