I was so excited for Warm Welcome and the many positive reviews led me to purchase two codes right off the bat.

On my phone, the app works great. But that’s not what I bought it for. When it comes to my laptop, it is worthless. Warm Welcome keeps telling me that my camera is being used by another tab. This happens even when I reboot with no other windows open. I contacted support and followed all of the suggestions. They all didn’t work.

On other video apps, like Loom or Zoom, allow me to choose the camera and microphone within the app. Warm Welcome does not. Warm Welcome doesn’t even work with the default camera and mic chosen in the browser. Any browser. I have the same issue with them all.

The last time I reached out to support, I received no response. I would like nothing more than this app to work. I’d use it every day. Regrettably, unless something changes soon, I’m going to return it.
