Q: Hi, even with CNAME and white-label, your PDFs are with Waybook branding.
How can I create ebooks and lead generations assets with this branding? Why doing this? This is only reducing the value of your product, reducing the use cases. Please, could you please reconsider this policy? Also, will I be able to share a public link with people outside the team? Thanks.

May 15, 2024A: Hi there,
Thank you so much for feeding this back to us.
This is the first iteration of our public documents feature and while there isn't the option to remove Waybook branding from your PDFs yet, we never say never here at Waybook and it certainly may be something we explore in the future as a pro feature.
I really appreciate you sharing this use case with us, it makes prioritising features and updates for development so much easier for us and I've passed this on to our product team to consider. Definitely keep an eye on our public roadmap for updates 😊
Do not hesitate to reach out to the team if you have any other questions, we're here to help.

Waybook branding on the PDFs may be a deal killer ~ especially since we apparently have NO other export option at this point.
Hi Metta,
Thanks for sharing this with us.
Unfortunately, we don't have it in our roadmap to remove the Waybook branding from exported documents, however, this is something we'll consider in the future 🙂
One of the main reasons for not doing this now is that part of the value of having a Waybook for your organisation is that this should remain as the single source of truth, rather than relying on outdated exported or printed versions.
Your team will be able to always access current processes and documentation from your Waybook as soon as changes are made and all exports are dated and referenced to their home location on Waybook to make it easier to check for changes.
Do let me know if you have any other questions about this, happy to answer them.
