Waybook Reviews

Many of us in the Appsumo and LTD community was hopeful that Waybook would integrate PabblyConnect or simply Webhooks much as they have they have done with Zapier, but it NEVER happened and I feel it will NEVER happen. I have sent several requests to have this implemented and others like me have aske d to have this implement, but their people keep saying we have it on the list and we have other important things to do for more than 1.5 years now. Other SaaS have added Webhooks because WE THE BUYRERS asked for it and they have listened. Waybook is a good tool but totally useless if I can not trigger actions to happen with Webhooks. I am done kissing the ... of you people! For now, I am using Process.st, because they have listened to their customers and provided Webhooks on their SOPs. Its so VERY frustrating and sad to wait this long to see that Waybooks only implements what makes them the most money. You guys .... and any reply you make here is BS until you implement Webhooks WITHOUT the Zapier.

Best tool bought this year. I'm a happy customer. I set this up for my client. She's happy. I'm happy. It's 10x more than what it's sold for, surely.

Good: affordable, alternative to Notion(limited), good replacement for Archbee(sold on Pitchground), it loads quickly and platform is stable. Very reliable and flexible tool.

Bad: the left most side panel can be minimised further by 20% at the front end(after published). It's taking up too much real estate.

FUGLY: I feel that we should be able to change the background color to give it some zest. Notion couldn't, Evernote couldn't. NimbusNote couldn't. Waybook can. Think about it.

If you are a small business that has a desire to grow or scale then do yourself a favor and give this tool a look. It is a HR person's dream to have a tool like this. If you ever have to go through any disciplinary actions with any employees this tool will save your hide.. (Please don't ask me how I know). If you are ever audited as a professional organization or ever end up in court then a tool like this will save your backside (Please don't ask me how I know). -Very Stable
-Tech Support Is keen and cool

Cons:
-Can be overwhelming for a first time user of a unicorn type of tool

I have been searching for a solution for documentation for a long time. This App Sumo deal is the highest value app I have purchased here.

I hope you guys plan to be around for a while.

What I like:
- We were using Notion for documenting our processes but after a while, it gets out of hand. It became a job to organise our stuff. Waybook has a built-in organisation.

- Minimalist - I hate tools that have "too much going on". Waybook is simple. It does one thing very well.

- Scale - Easy to add a new team member.

- Testing - Testing was the main reason I wanted to move from Notion. To make things more official and track my team.
