I’m happy to say it’s finally the end of my search for the right SOP software our team can use to help us scale operations.

Like others, I’ve researched multiple tools and have thoroughly tested Process Street, Trainual, and a custom Notion setup for our business processes and documentation. They never worked quite the way we needed so we’ve just kept everything in Notion.

The timing was perfect for Waybook to come back to AppSumo now - I picked it up on Monday and so far it’s been super smooth getting onboarded, learning how it works, and it already feel like I’ve mastered how to use it properly for our use case.

I like the overall structure/organization of the subjects, documents and steps. The editor is simple & quick to use, it’s sorta like the Notion editor which I love. Plus the overall UI is intuitive & organized so both my team and I can enjoy using it. Im still in the process of transferring all of our SOPs to Waybook, but I know for a fact that we will be sticking with it moving forward.
