Unicorn tool that should not get away
If you are a small business that has a desire to grow or scale then do yourself a favor and give this tool a look. It is a HR person's dream to have a tool like this. If you ever have to go through any disciplinary actions with any employees this tool will save your hide.. (Please don't ask me how I know). If you are ever audited as a professional organization or ever end up in court then a tool like this will save your backside (Please don't ask me how I know).
