Q: API Speed? Took Full Minute to get the message
Hi,
One of the main reason i wanted to use your API is to optimize communication and time.
However, i was testing the performance of the API (i was using the trial version)- I sent a message via the API and i timed it - it took 1 full minute to recive the message.
ia m looking to get close to instant delivery as i am using it for chatting with the clients... so 1 minute gap is very expensive for my operation.
is there anything you can do to make this faster and more customer service instant communication friendly

The problems is on WbizTool and not related to the free account. At the moment each send inserted to a qoute pool and all message in qoute sent each minute.
The way the system works is bad, if you would change that to send message immediately i would i have the tool as well.
