May 30, 2025A: We are looking into receive part, but no promises or guarantees as we need to figure out the viability & cost. The sending of messages itself is saving you tremendous cost & time btw, otherwise using normal Whatsapp API will cost you a lot per message

NAGOCPLUSIncoming messages via Webhook would be a great feature if added. Currently, we can only send messages, which is still a valuable feature for marketing. Best of Luck.

Does this mean we need a WhatsApp Business API account? I'm new to WhatsApp and just set up a non-API business account yesterday. I'm also trying to streamline how we gather received messages. Is there any webhook action that can receive messages on the non-API business account? That would be very helpful!
