Q: Best Way To Get Support ?

Hi,
I have signed up for Tier 3 and has been in touch with support via the live chat and through the email info@wbiztool.com but it looks like my last message has fallen through the cracks. Is there another way I can get in touch. Would love to test run the tool before taking a decision to hold or not. I would appreciate if you can take a look at the message from admin@kerala.global

We’ve already checked the two groups 3–4 times and received an "invalid group" error. For one of them, we confirmed with you that it was due to a misspelling at your end. We will recheck the other one for you again

Thank you for responding here. Of course, I understand that support may be slow during weekends. The first error was fully my fault but I am at a loss about what could be wrong with the second group. I will wait for your email response and please do recheck it as mentioned.
