Q: Blocks and lImitations?
We send around 1,000 messages per day, sometimes 100 to the same user.
Since we won't be using the official API, does this kind of bulk messaging tend to cause blocks or any kind of limitation?
Furthermore, do you have webhooks like the official API to check a message status (specially to get notified if there was an error delivering?)
Thanks!

Jul 11, 2025A: We havnt had any blocks in 4 yrs of being operational.
We recommend below as Best Practices, pls follow them:-
1. Send utility-focused updates only to users who have opted in. Do not do cold reachout
2. Personalise each message (e.g., “Hi Anurag—you’d asked about the Ignite video, so here it is.”).
3. Send helpful content, reminder, confirmation instead of generic promotions.
4. Pace it out. Send <150-200 messages in a day from one whatsapp number
5. Warm up new numbers before sending messages. Do not use completely brand new whatsapp numbers.
Yes we have webhooks for sending messages & to check status
Send Message API - https://wbiztool.com/docs/send-message-api/
Status Message API - https://wbiztool.com/docs/message-status-api/
Thanks. We only send utility messages, and only to users who requested it.
Do the 150/200 global message limit apply here was well?
I won't be able to use CTA buttons at the end of the message, will I?
You have more flexibility in terms of utlity messages, but still keep it around this number. If you need to send more messages per day, use more whatsapp numbers to send it from. Tier 4/5 you have 10 & 20 whatsapp accounts respectively.
CTA buttons you can't add. You can send normal links within the message.
