I want to use mainly for marketing especially for cold outreach. I see there is another platform that offer marketing via whatsapp and there is an extra cost to pay Meta for template message. In this app do we have to pay Meta for Marketing message? Next is there a unsubscribe button that we can add to our template?

Please use the tool for sending messages to your existing users who expect to hear from you & share valuable messages like updates, confirmations, transactions, reminders etc.
But I don't understand. Firstly, Meta now officially allows marketing messages even to cold prospects. Just that there is a charge for such message template. Secondly, since you are allowing group members export means such people are not our clients and if we are not allowed to target these exported members then it make no sense for such export of group members.
