for example i save peoles numbers from a even with the event name at the begining of their real name, i woulld like to download (or use) all this as ONE list for sending

To enable downloading all numbers, you’ll need the Unibox feature, which is available as a monthly add-on. Unibox primarily provides an API to track incoming messages, and as part of that, it also allows you to download all numbers.
