Q: How to make use of the full capacity of 40K messages/month with consent, not getting blocked

Thank you for your reply. I am re-posting as replying cuts off the message: Our use case is not unsolicited outreach; messages are sent daily to enrolled students who have opted in and expect them. Could you please provide a clear, neutral explanation of how to best use the tool for this purpose?

Capacity & Scheduling: Is it technically possible to send ~40K pre-scheduled messages/month (≈1.3K/day)? What’s the best way to manage this volume?

Blocking Risks: Under what conditions do WhatsApp accounts get blocked when using such tools?

Prevention: What best practices minimize this risk?

Compliance: How can we send 40K/month compliantly with consent? Does saving contacts reduce blocking risk?

Send-Only: Can messages be sent one-way only (no replies)?

Costs/Limits: Are there extra costs or technical limits at this scale? Thankyou!

A: We recommend sending 150–200 messages per day per WhatsApp number.
If you wish to send a higher volume, you can add multiple numbers to your account.

:
We’ve observed that accounts get blocked in the following cases:
1. When used for marketing or promotional messages that recipients mark as spam.
2. When messages are sent from brand-new WhatsApp numbers with little or no prior activity.

Our platform is designed for utility-based communication — for example, tuition reminders, class updates, or daily assignments. These are messages that recipients unambiguously expect and find useful and will never mark as spam

You can send or schedule messages easily through the platform.
For handling replies, you can either check them directly in your app or purchase Unibox, an optional monthly add-on that consolidates all responses in one place.

150–200 messages per day per number
For utility messages only (not promotional)
