Q: Incoming Messages

Hi,

I understand that this tool and the interface only has the option to send outgoing messages. What happens when someone sends a reply back, is that received on the phone app or whatsapp web browser interface (if taken that way) just as usual ?

Hello, if we send out bulk messages to people, and people reply, do the responses appear on wbiztool or is this only a one way bulk messaging appumo deal? Basically, can we use wbiztool to manage sending and receiving messages in this appsumo deal?
