Q: Is this still get supported?

I have sent emails to vendor email wbiztool and also sent in the wbiztools help support but I never got an answer. Please help. it always said it go disconnected. However, I tried to reconnect it, sometimes it got the qr code, but when I can scan it, the wbiztool responded "Your WhatsApp connection is failed"
What should I do?

Yes, need the Appsumo support to help us about this issue. They should have a good customer service support to handle customer issues.
