Q: Mainly for Group Communications

I run several Whatsapp groups. These groups are mainly for neighborhood alerts and to communicate within teams.

Can I use this to communicate with my teams and to collaborate on various neighborhood issues?

Also, can we also use this for mass alerts to our users when there something going on? In a way kinda replace SMS when it comes to sending out information.

A: Yes, you can definitely use it in groups. From your examples, it seems your use cases are well aligned—sharing relevant and useful updates with your existing users who expect to hear from you rather than sending generic promotions. That’s exactly the ideal use case for WBizTool.

As a best practice, send no more than 150–200 messages per day from a single WhatsApp number. If you need to send more, you can connect additional WhatsApp numbers. Just make sure those numbers are already “warmed up” and not brand-new accounts, as sending bulk messages from fresh numbers can increase the risk of restrictions.
