Based on other interactions and questions, is this statement correct?
You can use Wbiztool for sending +/- 150 whatsapp messages per day for each account (=unique number you use to send the messages). If you want to send more messages (for example, 10.000 in a single batch from one number.), you need to connect your Wbiztool account to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (API)— which incurs additional costs — to reduce the risk of rate limits or account restrictions (blocked).

Oct 9, 2025A: You can send more than 150 messages if they are useful, non-promotional messages and not cold outreach. The key risk comes from whether your recipients might mark the messages as spam.
Even sending as few as 50 messages can be risky if the content feels spammy to your end users.
That said, sending 10,000 messages in one go is far too high—for such volumes, you can use the Meta API.
