Q: MULTIPLE TECHNICAL ISSUES
I am experiencing multiple issues with the WhatsApp application purchased via AppSumo and need a full investigation.
Text & File (MP4): Sending a text & MP4 file (converted to URL) returns "Failed File URL Error".
Text & Image: I followed your exact instructions but only the image is delivered and the text is missing.
Text Only: Works fine.
Excel Messaging: After removing "+" from phone numbers as advised, messages sent but same issue as templates image only, no text.
Campaign: Sent text-only to 5,000 some delivered, others “Cancelled” why?
Duplicates: One number (listed once in Excel) received hundreds of identical messages.
Please review and resolve all these issues urgently so I can continue using the app effectively.

Please do not do cold reachout, and send less than 150-200 message per day per number, I see even after repeated warning, you again started the campaign. Your messages are way too long, not personalised, and you are sending 5000 messages in one go! You are not following the best practices. And risk getting your account flagged as spam. We would need to cancel messages from backend, if it persists
