Q: My Pain Point is Event Handling (e.g. when receive a message) with Whatsapp
does the tool handels events ? Do you have an API where it get triggered when a message is received and the response would be the message (txt or image or voice) and the contact of sender. Because this information is used in my business workflow. We already have small custom solution for CRM where we get customer information once they contact us. We currently use Whatsapp broadcasting tool, but i want to manage the inbound of messages in my workflow.

May 22, 2025A: You can trigger Wbiztool Send API when you receive a message from a customer.
Set this automation in zapier/pabbly etc, where trigger is customer contacts you, then you trigger wbiztool send API to send the message.
Here is the documenation on Send API - https://wbiztool.com/docs/send-message-api/
i just tried the free API --- seems good, but the problem is a bit slow for the messae to reach the recipient....(FYI - i was testin withe trial version) - Am i doing something wrong? because 1 mins is too long for the whatsapp world (especially we are using whatapp to respond to angry customers -- the wait time adds to their frustration)
Our messages do not take much time, please try out our paid version if you still see an issue reach out to us at info@wbiztool.com
Hi Anurag, how this event handling will work? I want to respond back to somebody who sent me message on whatsapp .. I dont find any Wbiztool trigger in Pabbly (actions are there, but need to have message received trigger) ... Am I missing anything here?
Message received trigger has to be set by you, we don't have any inbuilt received trigger as we don't track received messages, we only help in automating send/reminder messages affordably
