Q: No proper support method now, earlier it was good
Dear Anurag,
I am using your tool for the last two months.
Earlier your live support was good and solve all my issues, now since my two month warranty period of AppSumo was over I am not getting any response to my queries.
No one was available in Live support. It ask to send the message and your team will get back, but I never received any solution to my queries or any reply for it.
There is not ticket system to raise or track the complain.
I just received one email asking me to connect online, which I saw late in the night, but no reply to my queries or reason of the issue was given.
Few days again new issue came and I message on the live chat and your team send me an email that we are not responding, but did not talk about any solution.
Kindly confirm if there is no support now or how to solve the issues.

Edited Sep 18, 2025A: I believe we reached out to you earlier today within the last couple of hours and responded as well. We’ve also been in touch each time you reached out before, so I’m not sure if we’re missing something here.
You’ve also raised a few more queries, and we’ll make sure to respond to them by tomorrow, as it’s currently 3 AM in India.
