Q: Number in contacts or not?

Hi, I’m very interested in your product. I wanted to know if your software allows me to automate sending WhatsApp messages even to numbers that are not saved in my contacts.

We’ve completed all the steps and purchased the Tier 4 plan from AppSumo, but the API keeps returning the message: “YOUR PLAN CANNOT VALIDATE WHATSAPP NUMBERS”… which is incorrect, because Tier 4 includes 30,000 WhatsApp validations per month. What’s going on? There are many of us in Discord asking for support and we haven’t received any response… Is this a scam?
Also, please help me understand if we can respond to queries through the dashboard itself - as in use it like a messaging platform or is it just for broadcasts?
