Q: Sending messages in bulk
Let’s say I have a list of 5,000 customers I want to send messages to. If they are already in my database, can I send a bulk message to all of them at once, or do I have to send in smaller batches — for example, 200 messages per day?
Also, if I plan to send a follow-up message after the first one, do I have to wait until I finish sending the first batch (e.g., after 25 days) before I start the second message? Or is there a way to automate this so that, for example, everyone who received the first message will automatically receive a follow-up message 4 days later — without me having to manually manage the batches?
Ideally, I’d like to just upload one database of 5,000 contacts and set up a sequence like:
Day 1: Send Message 1
Day 5: Send Message 2 to the same list ...and so on.
Is this kind of automation possible with WBizTool?

Jul 22, 2025A: Would recommend to do in smaller batches. Pace it out. You can send 200 messages per day from one whatsapp number. If you want to send more , you can add more whatsapp numbers to send from. All numbers you are sending from, should be properly warmed up and not completely brand new numbers
You don't have to wait for a batch to finish to start next batch as long as you are pacing out.
To set the automation flow day wise, you can either upload excel for different batches day wise. Or you can set automation flows in Pabbly/Zapier etc, for each batch - https://wbiztool.com/docs/apps-integrations

We don't have native integration, you can setup this kind of sequence automation either manually or in Pabbly/Zapier etc
