Q: Upgrade to PLan 4 or Plan 5

How could I upgrade to Plans 4 or 5? I do not see the plans listed here anymore. After I onboarded my account, I see these options. Would like to upgrade. please advise.

We’ve completed all the steps and purchased the Tier 4 plan from AppSumo, but the API keeps returning the message: “YOUR PLAN CANNOT VALIDATE WHATSAPP NUMBERS”… which is incorrect, because Tier 4 includes 30,000 WhatsApp validations per month. I understand cold messages cannot be sent. What type can be sent. How can we define clearly what is considered a "cold message". I may have a friend, but he may not have added my contact. Will sending things to him be considered "cold message" Thank you
