Q: Urgent: Service not sending messages and QR code login stuck

Dear Wbiz Tool Support Team,

I am writing to report an urgent issue with the service.

Starting today, the system has stopped sending messages. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I tried performing a server redistribution. However, after doing so, the QR code required for login is no longer displayed.

The application now gets stuck in an infinite loading loop while trying to generate or load the QR code, making it impossible to log in and use the service.

This issue is critical for our operations, and I kindly request your urgent intervention to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.
