Dear Wbiz Tool Support Team, I am writing to report an urgent issue with the service. Starting today, the system has stopped sending messages. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I tried performing a server redistribution. However, after doing so, the QR code required for login is no longer displayed. The application now gets stuck in an infinite loading loop while trying to generate or load the QR code, making it impossible to log in and use the service. This issue is critical for our operations, and I kindly request your urgent intervention to restore normal functionality as soon as possible. We’ve completed all the steps and purchased the Tier 4 plan from AppSumo, but the API keeps returning the message: “YOUR PLAN CANNOT VALIDATE WHATSAPP NUMBERS”… which is incorrect, because Tier 4 includes 30,000 WhatsApp validations per month. What’s going on? There are many of us in Discord asking for support and we haven’t received any response… Is this a scam?
Also, please help me understand if we can respond to queries through the dashboard itself - as in use it like a messaging platform or is it just for broadcasts?
