Aug 20, 2025A: we do not have a native integration, but you can use automation tools like Pabbly/Zapier etc to have woocommerce as the trigger point followed by wbiztool send API to send messages automatically.

these are two ways of doing it, none of it is misinformation.
Either you do through automation tools or wordpress plugin
