DesignStackQ: Workflow
Hi Guys, your app looks cool - do you think we could create this workflow with your tool:
- We create a QR Code
- Person scans the code, it opens whatsapp
- Person messages us "start" or something else
- We send the latest event schedule we have (can come from google sheets, or somewhere we set)
We want to use this as a sort of event information message system.
Would that work?

Jul 1, 2025A: QR scan is needed once to connect whatsapp number through which you want to send messages. So you need to scan it once to setup
For event updates, many users connect a Google Sheet to WbizTool via Pabbly. Whenever the schedule changes, Pabbly triggers WbizTool to push the new info to your users automatically.

the QR code opens a number, not a specific message inside that number
This is possible directly with WhatsApp. Google: “WhatsApp click to chat”
You can create a link, that opens a message to your number. With a QR-Generator, you can transform the link to a QR-Code.
