Since April 23, messages have stopped being sent, and I haven't been able to reconnect the platform via QR code. I've contacted them via chat several times and by email, but I haven't received any response. Their support service is nonexistent. UPDATED: After a whole week of failed attempts to connect to the platform via QR code and contacting them by email and chat, I can confirm that there is no one providing support. The platform has stopped working, and no one is resolving the issues.
