Our main company WhatsApp account has been blocked.

I was very excited about this software. We've only sent messages informing customers about the status of their orders, meaning no spam or anything like that. However, on the second day of use, our WhatsApp account was blocked, putting our company's main business number in jeopardy. We're trying to recover the account with the Meta review, but it doesn't look very good. Our account is completely blocked. We've barely sent 100 messages through this API, even though we always use a timeout so it wasn't sent in bulk and only to customers with ongoing orders.

We’re working with 700+ users, and not once have we seen an account blocked for sending normal, useful messages. The few instances we’ve seen are always tied to the nature of the messages (promotional, marketing, or cold outreach).

All of these guidelines around acceptable message types are clearly highlighted on the platform, so users are aware of them in advance.

We also checked your messages, and it seems the account was most likely blocked due to repeated follow-ups from people who already dint respond earlier on email, which users often perceive as spam and intrusive. You need to send messages that people expect to receive and dont consider intrusive
